Over five years ago, we founded Expetec-Chicago Loop to bridge a void in the technology support industry: many consultants were beginning to provide advanced support for small and medium sized businesses, but with inadequate customer service attention. Our company filled the gap.
Belonging to a franchise network provides national reach and resources, but with locally focused, intimate client relationships. Our partnership with gloStream allows us to continue this specialized support for health care providers. We like to say we have a small footprint, but a huge back office.
Our overriding aim is to never lose sight of our original goal: to respectfully provide the best technology consulting and support available to SMBs for considerably less than hiring a full-time employee.
